The Dunwoody Art Festival turns Dunwoody Village Parkway into an outdoor artist market every Mother’s Day weekend. Admission is free. In 2026 it ran Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10. Mother’s Day 2027 falls on Sunday, May 9, so if the festival keeps its usual weekend, it would be Saturday, May 8, and Sunday, May 9, 2027. That is our reading of the calendar, not an announcement; we will update this page when the organizer confirms.

The festival winds along the Parkway behind the Dunwoody Post Office, a few minutes from Perimeter Mall, the organizer says.
What is on
From the Splash Festivals page:
- The artist market. Artisans from around the country show paintings, folk art, glasswork, metal art, photography, fiber, ceramics and culinary treats. All exhibitors must be preregistered with credentials.
- The food court cooks festival food along the Parkway near CrossFit Dunwoody.
- Street music. Musicians perform in the artisan market on both days.
- The Kidz Zone in the Dunwoody Village Shopping Center has face painting, balloon pets and arts and crafts. There are no inflatables or rides.
The Dunwoody Rotary Club partners with Splash Festivals as the festival’s volunteer ambassadors and has helped artisans set up since the start.
Parking and shuttles
- Free parking and shuttles run from Dunwoody City Hall, 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road. In 2026 the shuttles ran from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
- More parking is in the area around Dunwoody Village.
- Accessible parking is in the Dunwoody Village Shopping Center, behind Dunwoody CrossFit.
What to know
- Pets are welcome. The organizer asks owners to watch the crowds and suggests booties, because the asphalt gets hot.
- First aid and lost and found are at the headquarters tent, at the Dunwoody Village Parkway intersection by Renasant Bank.
- Restrooms are in several spots; look for the signs.
- No leafleting. Politicians, political groups and religious groups may not hand out literature at the festival.
